CSSM provides grants to Civil Society Organisations who are - or would like to be - active in monitoring and advocacy on governance, and can present innovative, feasible and relevant project proposals in this specific field. |

- Grant value: $2000 – $250,000 per year
- Grant duration: 6 months – 3 years
The size of the grants allocated through the main grants programmes are based on the capacity of the organisation to design and implement governance and monitoring project and not in terms of the size or number of members within a given organisation. |

- Grant value: $700 – $2,000
- Grant duration: 6 months – one year
- Grant beneficiaries: non-registered organisations with little or no stable income
The CSSM has decided to maintain relatively high entry requirements for the Main Grants programme in order to reduce the risk of misuse of funds. However we are not closing the door to the less experienced Civil Society Organisations. |
